Consultation Open: Operationalizing Climate Transparency in Central Africa

The Regional Climate Action Transparency Hub for Central Africa has initiated consultations to assess the gaps in operationalizing climate action transparency among stakeholders in Central Africa.

The consultations target national and sub-national governments, agencies, private companies, communities and NGOs or non-profit organisations, as well as those representing women, youth, indigenous peoples or other social groups.

This work will help to identify capacity building needs in this area and assist in the development of an action plan and work plan for the Hub.

This exercise will be accompanied by online exchanges, prior to a face-to-face technical workshop, which will finalise the Hub’s working documents, with a view to the organization of the Hub’s first committee meeting, the date of which will be indicated very shortly.
