Quantify the aggregate impact of the mitigation actions carried out by non-state (Colombian enterprises) and sub-national actors in territories (cities and/or Departments) to understand their contribution to the NDC of Colombia.
- Prioritization of key territories and largest enterprises of Colombia with ambitious private sector voluntary commitments..
- Implementation of the “ICAT Non-State and Subnational Action Guidance” Guide.
- Identify and aggregate voluntary mitigation commitments from selected enterprises with ambitious voluntary commitments, on the sectoral scenarios proposed in the NDC.
