Overview
Enable Haiti to manage and monitor its mitigation actions through a framework for regularly collecting and managing data, assessing policy impacts, and developing indicators to report progress. Support the development of MRV frameworks for the energy and agriculture sectors, including institutional arrangements and a legal framework for MRV system institutionalization.
- Analyze the existing MRV frameworks and institutional arrangements.
- Evaluate the impact of policies.
- Establish an operational NDC monitoring framework.
