Overview
Assess the impact of three transport pricing policies in Indonesia on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, using the ICAT Transport Pricing Methodology.
Policy assessment
- Apply the ICAT Transport Pricing Methodology to measure the impact of Indonesia’s fuel pricing policy, a proposed electric vehicle policy and a Low-Cost Green Car policy.
- Based on the assessment, propose a number of recommendations for the Government of Indonesia to help meet the emissions reduction targets of its 2016 NDCs.
- Provide feedback on the applied methodology based on the assessment.
