Overview
Develop and institutionalize a framework for tracking the implementation of Namibia’s NDC actions in the energy sector.
- Developing a framework for data collection and management for projections of GHG emissions in the energy sector.
- Assessing the GHG and SD Impact of mitigation policies and measures in the energy sector, using ICAT RE and SD guides.
- Developing an NDC tracking framework for the energy sector.
- Training local experts on the developed framework.
